Light Over Time

Graham Gosling's reputation as one of the leading Irish-based photographers continues apace with his latest series of works entitled ‘Light Over Time’.

This is his first non-marine based exhibition and, as such, reflects his recent move from the edge of Dublin Bay to the heart of County Kilkenny.

Talking of his new work, Gosling says "The move to where we live now has truly inspired me and allowed me to build upon the idea of using multiple images of the same scene taken over a period of time to reflect my thoughts on my surroundings".

Using a technique honed over the past two years, Gosling's new work indeed allows him to express his feelings about his new environment. The images were all created on location around his South Kilkenny home, though, at times, they seem far removed from their photographic origins.
